High-Level Scope

   Installation of a new greenfield 5,600 BPD re-refinery plant, storage tanks, rail sidings, barge systems and major utilities (water, wastewater, hydrogen, nitrogen, natural gas).  

 

Project Responsibilities & Deliverables

Supported this project up to end of the design basis (DBM or FEL-2) phase (on a part time basis was tied up with another client at the time).  The major deliverables associated with this project included the development & completion of the following items: 

Site evaluation support and high level facility siting development; third party process utilities negotiations; storage tank, rail, and barge EPC contractor management; third party engineering FEL-2 documentation reviews for entire scope; process licensor scope and deliverables development and reviews; process guarantees framework strategy; design basis memorandum documentation development support; initial environmental regulatory strategy development; soil sampling program development due to contaminated site; process hazard analysis (PHA); preliminary project and construction execution plans; qualitative risk assessments (risk registers).
