High-Level Scope

Replacement of the existing crude, vacuum, delayed coker, amine, sulphur plants and the installation of sour water stripping process units. In addition, a number of units were revamped including utilities in order to convert this refinery to bitumen based feedstock.

 

Project Responsibilities

Provided a support role during the construction phase as the primary senior refinery project management lead that represented the refinery management team (main stakeholder).  As another business unit was developing and executing this project, the primary responsibility was to ensure that the needs of the refinery were being met from a project management and execution perspective.
